If you know us, you know that we love, love, love our town. EVEN when its mayor and city council are too busy lying and suing each other to actually govern the town.
We've had a rough couple of years, so this fall's mayoral election is really exciting.
We love our town because it is only here that you can find candidates like this:

There's just a wee, li'l bit of me that wants to win the mayoral race, and a lot of me that worries that some good candidates would be shut out if I did.
I felt, however, that sometimes you have to attack the ridiculous aspects of governance with a rubber chicken or a whoopee cushion or a very funny sledgehammer...
Hope you can make it to Jessie Jane's Jamboree III over DJJD. Some more true silliness that I wrote that takes many a stab at Northfield and its naughty, inept politics.
